3 pair adult L46 zebra pleco up lorrythis morning wake up with a rude shock. all 3 pair adult L46s up lorry due to 2 feet tank overhead filter choke.
runnig with heater at high temp. No oxygen all up lorry together with other tank mate.
make sure your tank is running with working air filter when heater on.

I always have 2 filters running or at least add a wavemaker or a separate powerhead as backup to prevent such mishaps.

Really so painful to see.

All the while overhead water flow already generate oxygen and sometimes i didnt on the air filter hence tot wont have any problem.
But this time the side sump tank filteration choked and with heater running that kill the oxygen supply that result in such tragedy.
Hope my story will remind all bros that if air fliter not running must switch off heater to avoid oxygen cut off.
